Shipping policy

 

We currently ship domestically within Australia and internationally to New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, USA and Canada.

See below for shipping costs and estimated courier times. Note these are delivery times only, and do not include dispatch time. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.

AUSTRALIA

Standard: From $10. FREE shipping for over $0. Allow 2-8 business days.

Express: From $13. Allow 1-4 business days.

NEW ZEALAND

Standard: From $20. FREE shipping for over $100. Allow 6-10 business days.

Express: From $37. Allow 4-8 business days.

UK & Ireland

Standard: From $35. Allow 8-15 business days.

Express: From $52. Allow 6-10 business days.

USA & Canada

Standard: From $29. Allow 6-12 business days.

Express: From $46. Allow 4-8 business days.

 

LOST PACKAGES: We are not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked “Delivered,” please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post office responsible for delivering the package (found on the tracking page). They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

 

RETURN TO SENDER: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says an attempt to deliver was made, or is deliverable and being returned to sender. Typically this means there is an error in the shipping address provided, or the carrier was unable to deliver your package and needs your assistance. If they are unable to redeliver your package, please email admin@neonnails.com.au with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address immediately. Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address or refusal without having contacted us prior will be refunded less shipping costs.

 

DELAYED: Immediately contact the carrier if your tracking information says delayed. Typically this means additional information is needed to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver your package, please email admin@neonnails.com.au with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES: Please note that NEON NAILS is not responsible for any customs, duties or tax charges for international orders. Any additional fees imposed after shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer.
