Every Neon Nails set is checked a number of times through our quality control process, however, if something has been overlooked we want to hear about it and make things right.

 

If you believe you have received a defective product please email admin@neonnails.com.au within 48-hours of receiving your order with a clear photo of the defect and your order number so we can rectify the situation with a replacement, or gift card.

 

Due to sanitary reasons our products are non-refundable.
